Why the Owner Chose Ninilchik?
My husband and I have lived in Alaska for over 18 years and raised our 3 children here. We would often take walks from our log home down the trail to the oceanfront bluff. We would always stop in a grassy field overlooking Cook Inlet and say what a perfect spot to build. Many years later we purchased this land and have now build 4 beautiful cabins in that same field.

Besides the breath-taking oceanfront views from each of the cabin's front porch, living and dining rooms, we are centrally located on the Kenai Peninsula. There are excellent salmon fishing opportunities within 15 to 30 minutes drive on Ninilchik, Kasilof, and Kenai rivers.
