Nicolas (Nico) Blevins-Mutis (Camel)
Born on December 15th, 1984 in Evanston, Wyoming. I have a 25 year old sister named Jennifer who just finished her masters at the Denver University and my parents are Pilar Mutis from Cucuta, Colombia and David Blevins from Wyoming, USA. At 9 months old we moved to Farmington, New Mexico. At three years old the family took a huge shift and we moved to Cairo, Egypt until i was about 9 at which point we went back across the Atlantic to Trinidad and Tobago for 2 years, Houston, TX for 2.5 years and finally back to Egypt when i was in 7th grade until I graduated highschool. I studied Political Science and the University of Colorado at Boulder and since finishing i have begun this bike tour. I was raised to be a professional vagabond from the beginning constantly moving and visiting foreign places. Travelling with an open mind and learning from, rather than judging, other people's differences. I'm an "in the moment" kind of guy as anyone who knows me will attest to my spoteneity. I strive to maintain a positive attitude regardless of the situation and one way or another i find beauty in all people and places. New experiences and people are what fuel my engine and I try to learn from anyone that can do something i cant or knows something that i do not. And like Jason, I would like to save the world. ;).. seriously

"Spilly" Lilly
Lilly rode with us from Portland to Big Sur. An amazing fun month of beer consumption, wild beach fires, and being the best couch surfers ever.

I met Nico (Camel) on a train while he was on a break from the tour. i had 3 weeks to quite my job, give all my stuff away, build a bike and move out of my apartment. when they came through San Francisco i was (almost) ready to go! I grew up as a good ole upstate new york hick. I'm a true redneck. as pure as they come. I hope that this trip will help me eliminate my small town views of the world. life is truly amazing. everyday my mind is blown by how beautiful the earth is and how wonderful people are. i am excited every morning by the thought of what the day will bring... i feel so blessed to have found this amazing group of people, even though no one but Fish is quite as hickish as i am, i still feel welcomed and loved by everybody. (sometimes Fish and i go out and get wasted and drive pickups around while shooting guns at anything that moves, just to be reminded of the true meaning of life).
peace, love

FISH
I met Jason at Off the Chain Bike Collective in Anchorage Alaska (my hometown). One day while we were working together fixing bikes and he asked if I wanted to ride my bike to Argentina, I said sure (mind you I had only known him for about 2 weeks at the time). So here I am riding my bike, sleeping in some of the most beautiful places on the earth, and meeting THE most amazing people that ever crawled out of a vagina.
P.S. Raisins have a hella dank calorie per coinage.
